These are the best TV shows of 2022
It’s been quite the year, indeed.

The quality of TV is getting better with each year that passes. So to start out “review week,” I’ll go down my list of the best TV shows of the year.
Overall, I was disappointed that Ted Lasso season three didn’t get a look in 2022. Although with rumors that suggest season three is the last, maybe it’s for the best.
I was introduced to Bridgerton this year and loved the show’s first season. However, the second season — despite my enjoyment — suffered a bit of a sophomore slump. It’s still one of my favorite shows from this year but doesn’t crack the Top 5.
Another splash for me was Andor. Full disclosure, I just started watching Star Wars in 2022. I started with the original three from the late-’70s and early-’80s. Then I moved into the prequels from the ’90s and ’00s. The only movie left to watch is The Rise of Skywalker. In between all of them, Andor was an incredible experience.

As I said, I love old Star Wars and new Star Wars. Though I have the liberty of not having any bias towards one or the other.
It appears as though Andor is popular among older Star Wars fans, but the Disney+ show fires on all cylinders and is one of the best originals the platform has produced.
